Information collected
A quote request collects only your name, business name, phone, email, vehicle type and quantity, requested service, timeline, and vehicle or project details. Do not submit documents, payment information, government identifiers, precise location, medical information, or other sensitive data.
Analytics and attribution
Google Analytics 4 measures page views and basic website interactions. Campaign parameters, referring page, landing page, submission time, and basic security data may be recorded for attribution, duplicate prevention, and abuse control. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, and form messages are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Use and sharing
Information is used to review and respond to quote requests, plan commercial vehicle graphics, operate the website, and prevent abuse. We do not sell leads, share them for third-party marketing, use Meta Pixel, or use Google Ads remarketing. Hosting, analytics, and email-notification providers process only the limited information needed to provide those services.
Retention and your requests
Website quote and attribution records are automatically removed after 30 days. Records moved into an active customer, contract, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legally required workflow may be retained separately for the applicable business or legal period. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@CommercialCarWrap.com. We may verify the requester’s identity.
